Lensbaby

A "Lensbaby" is an artistic specialty lens that infuses images with a whimsical, surreal, and dreamy quality. There are several Lensbaby lenses that give different effects. Photos here are taken with several different Lensbabies including the original Composer with Double Glass optic and magnetic aperture rings, the Spark, the Velvet 56, the Trio and the Sweet 22. I turn to them to slow myself down (they are all manual focusing), infuse some creativity and push myself beyond a literal "picture perfect" representation of my subject.
